So we just used Agility Moving for the second time, I had posted the second last comment on their services. As the first time everything went on with out a hitch. The were kind enough to send the same crew as I requested as we already had a good move with them a few weeks ago. I think I have found the moving company I will always use. I just know that my mums move will go just as good as my 2 went. Once my mums move is complete I will again post on Agility Moving's services.

We used Agility Moving & Storage yesterday for a pack and move. The crew was fantastic, fast, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable in the art of moving. We will be using them again in 3 weeks from the storage unit they moved us in to, to our new home. We have also retained their service for my elderly mother as we want a hassle free move for her. I'll be posting again to let everyone know how they did!

I just had the worst experience EVER with Logan Movers, who also call themselves SMS Moving. I wish I would have read this article beforehand. They did the same thing, we were quoted a certain amount of money only for them to try and increase the price when they arrived. We were promised 3 movers and only 2 showed up - 2 and a 1/2 hours late. The one and only thing they had to move, a large desk, snapped in half. So my sister-in-law calls the office and the owner gave her a fake name of an insurance company and a fake phone number. She then called him back and he hung up on her. These people are terrible. They showed up late, ruined the one piece of furniture they were moving and we were horribly screwed as we shouldn't have paid any money at all for this service. I could have just dropped the desk off my balcony for the same result. Just awful. I'm looking for places that I can file a formal complaint because they should not be allowed to be in business.

We used this mover April 1st 2010 and had the worst experience of my life. They quoted us $40 an hour.We asked for 3 wardrobe boxes and we presumed they would have moving blankets.When they came they asked for $300 deposit. I ran to the bank got the money. They moved everything and then closed the truck up and presented us with a bill for $678.00. We almost died. After having a big fight with them they told us if we didn't pay they would take our furniture and dump it somewhere.We phoned the office and got the guy named Alex and he told us the same thing and went on to tell us to F--- off. We managed to borrow the money from a friend and then they moved it to our new apt. Half way through the superintendent came up to us and told us they took off and left most of our furniture in the loading area. Needless to say we had the worst day of our life and took us weeks to get over this.

I too fell prey to these scumbags and have just filed a complaint with BBB. I had a verbal agreement for $39/hr, 2 hr min plus 30 mins travel time. They showed up 2 HOURS late, immediately made me sign a contract with BS fees such as $1 per step, a $40 'dispatch' fee, and extra km charge. Started offloading everything onto my driveway when I wouldn't pay so I just gave them the $270 they demanded. Drove to the house to offload and they demanded an additional $40 to move anything up the stairs! Absolute scum of the earth. I don't know how people like them sleep at night.

Logan movers are theives!!! WARNING: STAY AWAY OR YOU WILL BE SCAMMED. They gave me a qoutation in person and changed it at the end. They wanted $450 at the end. If I knew this I would have done the move myself by renting a van/truch and calling some friends. They damnaged some of my stuff that are worth hundreds. They treat my items like they are garbage. They also took very long to load, travel and unload. At the end before unloaded these punks told me they will not return my stuff unless I pay them more they wanted $450!! when they originally said $225. Very unprofessional. AVOID AT ALL COST. They are a SCAM.

I hired Inner city moving and storage for august 30th 2009. 9 am rolled around and they weren’t at my place. So I Googled for best movers in Toronto. I came across many websites including this one with very good reviews of Agility Moving & Storage. So I called them to see if they had a truck and crew available. The person I spoke with was so kind and professional throughout our conversation. He informed me that all their crews were booked, but took my number and said he’d contact each crew and would call me back and let me know if they could accommodate us. I received a call back immediately (with in 15 min.) and he told me they could have a crew at my door between 2pm and 6pm guaranteed. I liked the price and they seemed very professional so I decided to give them a try. The crew called me 30 mins. after I booked to confirm my address and to tell me they were loading the contents of their job and would be at my address around 2:45pm. The crew showed up at 2:15pm, they were very courteous and were very eager to start. They completed the job in less time that I figured it was going to take. I realised why I had found Agility Moving & Storage under the best movers in Toronto on Google. I am always going to use and recommend Agility Moving & Storage anytime I need stuff moved.

i just moved and i used Logan Movers. they were fine. they moved my stuff. took one break to eat. sure they were like 15 minutes late, but that's not gonna put a dent in my day, it was 15 minutes! i had no problems. paying before unloading isn't a shock people, all moving companies do this. i've moved 3 times in the past 2 years and every moving company i've gone with does this.(two men w/a big heart, tippet rich.) stop bitching and complaining. all these comments obviously isn't doing anything bec these ppl are still in business. i moved my valubles myself, i'm not an idiot, important documents, jewelery, etc myself. if u're gonna say u're unable to move urself then call ontario disability and they pay for your move...that is if u are soooo disabled that you can't do things yourself. have a smart move, pack things properly yourself. don't bitch about it later, it's a waste of time.

They are also known as CMS Movers, Complete Moving Services, LMS Movers, L&G, Longhaul and Logan. They are obviously scam artists. They charged me way more than the quote, showed up 2 hours late, and when I called to voice my concerns, I was told I never booked with them and the man became profane, screaming vulgar language at me and threatening me. I am going to the police.

2 employees of Logan Movers have been charged with 5 counts of theft and will be arraigned June 9, 2009. They were caught on a surviellance video camera in a storgage unit used extensively by Logan Movers.

It's not everything we want - but it is some of it. I would like to see 'George' brought down, personally.....

We have to do something about this. I have lost probably a few hundred dollars worth of stuff, and even the workers admit their boss is an a**hole and screws ppl over. They clearly gave me fake names, No wonder they make you pay BEFORE they unload your stuff!
