The site is posted to from www.blogger.com, which is a blogging site/app. It's really pretty easy to do, they have lots of site templates and stuff so you don't even need to know how to make web pages or anything.<BR/><BR/>If you think you're interested enough to take a course then go for it. I don't think it's needed, but then again i'm an IT person.<BR/><BR/>I like blogger, but that's just me. There's lots of other blogging sites out there.<BR/><BR/>I think that's about all the advice I can give you, I'm far from a pro or expert at this. You just write about things.
