*** Fight Global Warming ***

On November 2nd, 2006 we are installing a massive installation in downtown Toronto. We will create a giant sculpture of a cloud of greenhouse gases to demonstrate the amount of carbon dioxide created by a Canadian in a single day. We are helping WWF-Canada bring the message home: globalwarming is a fact and the only way to stop it is to act now.

Expect the message delivered in style - with a free, all-day downtown event.

*** Name Your Lane ***

Many moons ago, Newmindspace created a project called "Name Your Lane",which encourages people to officially name the alleys that run behind their houses in Toronto. The website gives people the appropriate tools to name these humble spaces to turn them into places. This neighbourly attention can turn alleys from places of neglect and vandalism into places of community and art. 1. HELP NEWMINDSPACE FIGHT CLIMATE CHANGE

On October 30th, Newmindspace is partnering with one of Canada's largest environmental organizations to create two massive installations downtown - think "disasters in Toronto" - to draw attention to the greatest threat facing our planet: global warming.

We need a large, dedicated crew of volunteers to help us pull this one off. We will need people at all times of the day from before the work/school day until after it. To sign up, enter your e-mail address at:

2. NIGHT LIGHTS UPDATE

"So I hear you guys are planning some kind of like... sky party?"
