The site is currently undergoing some slight reorganization. I've created a separate section for the Shop Tips and I've been slowly moving the current shop tips over to that area. If you've ended up here at the homepage when you weren't expecting it, chances are you've tried to access a shop tip that's already been moved and you'll find it in the Shop Tips section.
