I got gas!
Last night, news said that gas prices would be going up $0.05/L overnight. So I took both of the cars (one at a time for the idiots out there) out to the gas station to fill up for the cheap cheap price of only $1.17.7/L! That's just not right. The following cartoon pretty much sums up how I felt at the pump.

1. Pillow Fight May 31st! ~~~
It's time again for our annual pillow fight! We know some people work
weekends, so we have moved the pillow fight to 7 PM on Saturday, May 31st.
Hopefully everybody can make it now! :D
We have made one major change: *Please limit your use of feathers.* As the
pillow fights grow in size, so does the mess left behind. The continued
success of the pillow fight into the future relies on leaving behind as
little as possible!

Following the pillow fight, our brand-new project Newsoundspace presents a
fundraiser to cover some of our upcoming events: the next lightsaber
battle (5,000 tubes this time!) - the laser graffiti event, and if any
money is left, Capture the Flag in September.

artists and art installations.
Tonight is no exception as Kavinsky comes from Paris - his music sounds
like the Knight Rider theme with harder beats

Yuri's Night was amazing! Thank you all for helping us create a
celebration worthy of space!

3. We would once again like to thank the Ontario Science Centre for
allowing us to host Yuri's Night at this legendary venue! If you have any
messages of gratitude for the Science Centre, feel free to send them to
us, and we will make sure they get to the right people.
4. How can you help Canada's space program? Write your MP, and ask them
why Canada doesn't have a bigger role in space!
One goal of ours is to get people in our generation (Gen Y, born 1977 -
2000) to take an active interest in space exploration, but clearly the
people in charge (The CSA) don't know how to engage with young people just
yet. Let's help them out by telling them how to get us more interested in
space!

Canada's largest space advocacy group.
5. If you are worried about the measles cases linked to the OSC, don't be!
The period of exposure ended well before Yuri's Night. We're covered

After the pillow fight we will head to a beautiful, historic loft where we
have been granted the opportunity to hold a fundraiser. We will be raising
money to pay for another lightsaber battle, and a new kind of event: laser
graffiti!

We will obtain a powerful projector and write on a landmark building using
a bright, green laser. This will be our second Graffiti Research

The weather is warming up and the streets are cleared of snow! We will be
having another street parade like Castles in the Sky! If you have anything

one-of-a-kind Newmindspace shirts! Each one is lovingly crafted by Lori
and no two are the same. You can find them in the vendor booth area, along
with our LED lights and buttons

questions about Yuri's Night, they don't know the answer.

this amazing night possible!
