As of last night I have now heard two separate stories about local Toronto swindlers, Logan Movers. Instead of reposting something that's already on my site I shall refer you to the comments of my original post where an anonymous reader has left his/her own horror story about their experience with Logan Movers. WebGoddessCathy has also discovered that she lost a diamond necklace during the move. Now this necklace may or may not have been stolen by anybody from Logan Movers, it may have simply been misplaced, or lost due to their careless moving, but with the picture that's being painted of them by the stories I've heard it wouldn't surprise me at all if one of the movers stole it.
What can you do if you've been swindled by these Toronto movers? Well, so far popular opinion says to report them to the Consumer Services Bureau and they will handle it, so please lodge a complaint with them. If you feel the need for further action, which I would, I suggest calling the Toronto Star, the Toronto Sun, and Now Magazine and let them know that Logan Movers are swindlers and to please stop running their ads. WebGoddessCathy says she may take them to court, which my anonymous poster is doing. I also suggest that anybody that has ever had a bad experience with Logan Movers to call CityTV and complain to them. If we get enough people to call in and complain they may air a warning against Logan Movers. I've seen CityTV issue warnings about businesses before, although I can't think of any specific one at this moment, but I think making the call is worth a shot.
Down with Logan Movers!

BEWARE of Logan Movers: The saga continues

I am reporting that I did find my necklace, so we don't have to blame them for that.
ReplyDeleteHowever, since I found some stuff out in the hall after Logan Movers took off without warning, I have a bunch of things that are missing that were probably picked up by people who live in my building.
Why are people not investigating this company beforehand? I moved from Montreal to Toronto, on my own, at age 20. I made sure I read over contracts, made sure there were no consummer complaints loged against the company i hired, and still got a fairly decent price. This is your personal stuff, your "life" that you are putting in the hands of these people that have agreed to service you. As much as these "Logans Movers" company sounds really bad, and as much as I trully feel bad about the ordeal it's customers have had to go through, these "consumers" should have taken precautions that they didn't. They should have looked into it further and they didn't, which was negligent on their part. AND who the hell lets the movers move a diamond necklace??? You move jewelry yourself. I don't know, i guess some peopleare just too dumb to take precautions and then they go cry when something goes wrong even though they could have taken steps to avoid it!!!!!
ReplyDeleteWell Gessi, how nice of you to be so supportive to your fellow consumer. Isn't it nice to have the benefit of hindsight? In fact, there were no consumer complaints against this company with the exception of the ones recently filed. So thanks for the very helpful advice. Karma is a killer my friend and there are lots of bad people in the world, so you’ll get yours. I just hope when that day comes you’ll come back and visit us again so we can offer some similarly righteous, retrospective advice.
ReplyDeleteAlso on a tangential point, I want to express my complete disdain for a trend I've noticed in written communication. I call it "Exclamationpointitis". It's a disease that each day afflicts hundreds of people who are incapable of communicating with any degree of civility. It’s primary symptom is an extreme over use of the exclamation point. Generally this is derived from an unfortunate and ultimately remarkably ignorant perception that the quantity of exclamation marks used increases the validity of ones statement.
Recent studies have shown that adults who covered their ears as children and yelled “LALALALALALALA I CAN”T HEAR YOU!” are often 3-4 times more likely to suffer from this tragic and ultimately very annoying disease. Left untreated it can lead to a UPPERCASEITIS and in some extreme cases, blatant abuse of coloured fonts, typically red. Sadly it seems our friend Gessi has been touched by this ailment. Perhaps someone could open a paypal account to take donations for research into a cure. The suffering must end! (!!!!!!!).
Most sad of all is that this disease can be virtually eliminated by education and decorum. Shame, I guess you’re right, some people are just too dumb to take precautions
Say what you want. Attack my lack of education in the English language (or punctuation)the fact still remains that you were negligent when it came to moving and packing your stuff and now you're crying about. Yes, I would be too. And yes, we all make mistakes. As City Rat very well knows, I've made more than my share. Anyone who leaves moving a diamond necklace to the movers is just asking for it to be stollen. Instead of whinning and complainning just realize you are partly to blame and make a mental not of this situation so that it doesn't happen again. Oh and by the way !!!!
ReplyDeleteExcept for the part where she announced she had the necklace after all? So there goes your neglegence call. I'm sure you can find something else to be righteous about if you think hard enough.
ReplyDeleteYou know what? I WAS negligent.
ReplyDeleteI have been told that, apparently, one should call the Ministry of Transportation before choosing a mover because moving companies are supposed to be registered with them. However, Logan Movers is not registered with them under that name. Maybe they are registered under a different name, but maybe not.
I'm pretty sure that most people don't know this.
I'm pretty sure that there are MANY moving companies that are not registered with MTO who are actually quite legitimate. But you should check anyway.
http://www.mto.gov.on.ca/english/
Also, one is supposed to get the address of the mover before agreeing to go with them. Did you know that?
Protect yourself from swindlers, by any means. However, Gessi, would you have thought to do this? Have you assumed that just because I am posting my complaint about this company that I HAVEN'T learned anything from my experience?
I don't believe that all I am doing is whining and complaining. My purpose in posting was to potentially warn other people who might also be considering this fraudulent moving company.
I hope that my efforts have at least deterred some people and prevented a lot of grief.
Thanks for your support though, I really appreciate it.
I just used Logan movers to move my small office. I had a very negative experience that was similar to other complaints already registered. Firstly they quoted a price of $45 per hour and said there was no minimum charge. They showed up three hours late and never once called to inform us of the delay. When they showed up they used the minimal effort possible so that we ended up doing most of the work. When we got to the location they wanted me to sign a contract that said there was a four hour minimum charge. I said I had not been told of such a thing but the movers said if I did not sign and pay the fee they would not unload the furniture. I paid the money thinking I might be able to get it back later. The job only lasted two hours and just as we were unloading the last of the items and were distracted by loading it onto the elevator, the truck left. So in total I was ripped off $100 and am now trying to get it back from the company and make a complaint. They refuse to even give me their address to mail the complaint, they are also not listed in the phone book. I had contacted them originally through their ad in NOW magazine and will do as others suggested by telling NOW they are scammers and should not accept their ads. It seems they are pulling the old bait and switch routine where they quote a low price to get you hooked them make you pay more when they show up. Before I hire a mover in the future I will first google their name to see if any negative information comes up or only hire movers on referral from friends. Please post any other helpful information as these blogs help us all.
ReplyDeleteI found Logan movers to be extortionists and shysters. I am taking them to small claims court. If anyone wants to join me, contact me by email. If not, if you could forward me a letter about your expereince with Logan Movers, that would be helpful too!

Well it appears these guys are getting more bold and are acting with more and more inpunity.

They seem to be pretending to something more than a rip off act. A whois and reverse number lookup search found this:

One this guy is confirmed as the owner it's a green light to take him to court.
I hate these people.
All I can say is wow! I feel like an idiot for not checking this company out before we used them on Sat Apr 1/06 - that's right April Fool's - I am the fool. Lots of damage to walls caused - they arrived an hour late and left an hour early - they produced a bill after the truck was loaded with additional charges they never mentioned before (charge for stairs - what the $&^$?) - they charged pst and gst (moving companies are not supposed to charge for pst) - we had no choice but to pay in order to get the truck unloaded - they charged for an extra hour - i hope these guys are charged for defrauding people - actually i hope worse

I had the misfortune of dealing with the "daddy" of Logan Movers. I originally booked Logan Movers, but accidentially came across this website and cancelled them right away. By the time I cancelled, it was one week before my move, and had very few options. Every company I called was booked up, because it was the busiest time of the year for moves. So I was desperate, and took the first mover who was available. They were called "Comfortable Movers". I now know why they were available. They are equal if not worse than Logan Movers. When I booked them, I explained how I was on a tight schedule and could only make one move. Therefore I would need a big truck. I was guaranteed that it would be sent. So, on the day, the arrived - with a truck HALF THE SIZE of what I was told would be delivered. I was furious. I called the owner "Robert", and he spoke to me like I don't have a clue as to what I need, and he knows all. He also said I would not be charged extra. I really had no choice, so we started. The dolly's that were brought were in such bad shape that two of them broke down during the move. Each took half an hour and my tools to put back together. When we finally got to the new place, I was handed a bill that was about $300 more than what I was told I was to pay. And then I was told that if I didn't pay it, I would not get my stuff. It was a horrible experience. Of course I had to pay. When I called "Robert", all he kept yelling at me was if I wanted my stuff I better pay. No explaination at all. And here is the "daddy" part of my story. When I first spoke to "Robert", I told him the reason I was trying to find a mover so close to my move, was the cancellation of the other moving company. He asked who they were. When I told him, he said "Oh yea, that guy used to work for me". I should have seen this as a red flag, but being so desperate, it didn't even occur to me that he is where Logan Movers learned their craft for ripping people off. Beware of Comfortable Movers!!!
ReplyDeleteI just used Logan movers to move my House holdings to a detached house on Aug /31/2006. I had a very negative experience that was similar to other complaints already registered. Firstly they quoted a price of $ 545 flat rate and said there was no minimum charge. They showed up Five hours late and never once called to inform us of the delay. When they showed up we asked for a discount and they told us that they will leave the house immediately if we not agree with the full payment. They used the minimal effort possible so that we ended up doing most of the work and only loaded small stuff excluding Piano , bed room set and other heavy stuff.
ReplyDeleteWhen we got to the location they wanted us to pay in full before unloading and I said I was not told of such a thing but the movers said if I did not pay the fee they would not unload the furniture. I paid the money thinking they won't cheat and since there is another load to be done. We paid $ 445 including PST.
While unloading they damage my house and other Items and they left most of the boxes in the garage and living room and never completed the job and told us they were going to take a break and would come back to do the second trip and left with the truck but never showed up. When we called John at 647-889-8430 , he never even answered the call and when I blocked my ID then he answered the phone and hung up.
The receipt which I received was not an official receipt. So in total I was ripped off $ 445 and am now trying to get it back from the company and to make a complaint but they refused to even give me their address to mail the complaint, they are also not listed in the phone book. I had contacted them originally through the Brampton Guardian ad under movers Column. I will do as others suggested by telling NOW they are scammers and Brampton Guardian should not accept their ads. It seems they know the loop in our justice system and doing a bogus Job. I do have the contact person name receipt and I need justice and I wanted a full compensation back. I have to do a mortgage bridging for another week so that I can slow down the other occupant to enter my house. It cost me further Mortgage Bridging cost $ 150 and for the second movers another $ 400. Please help me to recover my expenses in total full amount.
Thanks
Yours sincerely
Hudson Solomons
This was the response to my E-mail -InfoMGS@mgs.gov.on.ca
ReplyDeleteThank you for contacting the Ministry of Government Services. I have forwarded
your e-mail to the Consumer Protection Branch for response. If you wish to
speak to someone directly, please call:Consumer Services Bureau - 416-326-8800
or 1-800-889-9768 toll-free.
Hudson, do you still have your invoice? If so, you should contact the PST department in the government. I believe that they are investigating them.
ReplyDeleteI hope you reported them to the Better Business Bureau - I did, but of course, I never checked the BBB before hiring Logan Movers, so I never found out that they were scammers.
Don't worry, just by posting here, you are keeping other people aware of how this company defrauds their customers. We've cost them a lot of money in lost business.
I'd really like Silverman Helps or another Consumer advocacy TV show to take on this project and reveal this company's criminal activity to the world.
Thanks Cathy but the Invoice receipt name was in some other company's name and also I think these guys were Profesional scammers and I believe they printed their own receipt Book.
ReplyDeleteI have informed the Brampton Guardian news paper and they forwarded my complain to Mississauga news since the add was generated by them.
In the mean time I have also complained to Fido Cell phone company because this guy using the Fido Cell Phone company to the Scam.
This Logan Movers company was not even registered under BBB.
I can see Hudson's comments and sad to say that Brampton Guardian still genarating this add on the movers Column in a different Phone # 905-6720952. I guess Brampton Guardian was never concern about People openion but concern about money grabing from these adds. Shame...Brampton Guardian .....why don't you change your name to Brampton Scammers.....
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteI just got shafted by Logan Movers as well! This weekend! I wish I read your posts before I called them. They were unprofessional, smoked, cursed, broke my furniture and didn't do any work - I hired 3 guys, only 2 did actual work. Then when I complained, they send one guy home, dropped my price and still one of the guys didn't work. When I complained thaty I am paying 2 guys, he started cursing and swearing at me.
We had to pay beofer unloading, which I have never heard of - My father had to pay 610$ to get the stuff off the truck. My house is damaged as well as some of my furniture.
I have their address -
7546 Redstone Rd.
Mississauga, ON L4T 2B8
They have 2 numbers -
647-889-8430 & 647-688-6683
My August '06 move was the same story as told above. Showed up late. Took way longer than was really required. Damaged walls. Only moved larger items, and left all boxes in the living room. Wouldn't unload belongings until paid more than originally quoted... and on and on.
ReplyDeleteDo not hire these guys.
Folks,
ReplyDeleteIf any one wanted to make a complain about the logan movers please call 416-326-8800 ext- 9526
and ask for Joseph Kavannagh. This is the consumer protection branch and Logan movers on watch List.
I wish I found this site before. Again everything would be different in hindsite. So last week I moved with logan movers. They scammed me too and I have some items missing. First they were like all the other postings 2 and a half hours late. And when my mother called them to inquire where they were the 'dispatcher' hung the phone up on her. Granted that should have been my red flag but I had to move out of my apartment that day. I called back and spoke to a lady that said she would give me a discount and only charge me when they arrived. (the 'hangupper' was charging me from the time they were supposed to be there). So we get to the location and like mentioned before they said they wouldnt release my belongings until they got paid! Then after I paid them they told me that they would require an additional 4 hours to move my stuff into my apartment. When I told them that made no sense they dumped my things in a parking lot and took off. They didnt even move my things to the apartment. I couldve rented a truck and done what I paid over $300 to do myself.
ReplyDeleteIm glad I found this website. Now I can take the proper steps to report it. Oh...as for my missing goods. I loaded it unto the truck- when they unloaded the truck in the parking lot it was missing. You figure that one out. I called to ask if anything was left behind but of course the 'hangupper' told me the truck was empty.
Hopefully something gets done about these guys. Im a struggling student and their scam cost me big time.
Payback time. Get a friend in case they recognize your name or number, to call and book them to a fictitous address. when They show up and get out. Block in their truck and refuse to let them leave until they get some money to give back or you'll take apart the truck and sell it for parts. I know its a little bit of a lynch mob approach, But they need to be reminded we out number them and will get the final word. Good Luck.
ReplyDeletei would like to say i just had to move with logan movers and first they quoted me a price of $240 cause i had my stuff in storage for 6 months looking for a place. i finally found one and now it was my moving day
ReplyDeleteproblems:
1.they came 30mins late and my apartment elevator was closing at 4pm and they came a 2:30pm
2. the guy whatever his name his the one that always picks up the phone he said he'll do every thing for $240 cause i told i am looking for movers instead of using them
3. the movers came to my apt with my stuff with a different price saying it was just for labor AND THE TOTAL WAS GOING TO BE OVER $300
4. MY MOM CALLED HIM TO TALK TO HIM AND HE SAID OK HE'LL DO IT FOR $240 BUT THEY WANT THE MONEY BEFORE THEY MOVE MY STUFF IN OR ELSE THEY WERE GOING TO TAKE MY STUFF BACK SO I PAID THEM
5. THEy BROUGHT IN A FEW STUFF I WOULD SAY ABOUT 12 ITEMS IN TOTAL AND WHILE I WAS UP STAIRS ON THE 12TH FLOOR THE TOOK ALL MY STUFF OFF THE TRUCK AND LEFT IT ALL IN THE PARKING LOT AND ON TOP OF THAT BROKE MY SON'S AND MY BED'S AND ONE OF MY DRESSES
I AM A YOUNG SINGLE MOTHER OF 3 I CANT CALL THE POLICE ON THEM CAUSE WE NEVER HAD NO WRITTEN AGREEMENT I WAS WONDERING IF THEIR ANYTHING I CAN DO
p.s can i add they even brought things that wasn't mine
DO NOT CHOOSE COMFORTABLE MOVERS. Their prices might look attractive at first, and they bad mouth the other moving companies to make you fall into their trap, but once you do, you can't get out of it. There are so many hidden fees. A step or two is considered a flight of stairs and you will be charged almost for every step they climb. There is a service tax of 9% which is added along with the GST. Also, they will not unload your items until they receive the payment which they miscalculate. They arrive late, take 2 hour brakes, and 2 hours extra for travel (for a 20 minute distance) and add an additional 2 hrs just to load the truck. They add all this wasted time and multiply it by two to give you the total number of hours they have worked thus far. Later, they add each individual steps as a flight of stairs and multiply it to the number of times they climb it by a $15 per person. Plus, they add as much heavy item charge as they want to any item they carry. Eventually, you will end up with a bill that'll make you regret for the rest of your life.
ReplyDeleteAlso, they threw some of my stuff on the driveway and took off 2 hrs before time!
I wish I had read your warnings before.
our family just used comfortable movers. what a rip off mover and a theif! They stole 40 movies and god knows how many other stuff of my husbands. They even stole my kids PS2 and my daughter's christmas gift (a brand new digital camera!). They quoted us $160 +tax and said it wouldn't cost any more than $200. He said it was a deal he did for low income families (which we are). They broke some of my kid's stuff too. We don't even know what all is missing because they stole our log book from our house and our DVD/CD/GAMES log book from a LOCKED case. They locked up the truck when they got here and charged us over $500 for there wank playing. They took 2hrs to load, 2hrs to get here (and it only takes 25mins). This company is shit, and very heartless to steal from LITTLE kids.
ReplyDeleteMy husband reported them to BBB and the cops.
I hope no one else uses them.
I don't think they have registered at BBB.
ReplyDeleteIf any one wanted to make a complain about the logan movers please call 416-326-8800 ext- 9526
and ask for Joseph Kavannagh. This is the consumer protection branch and Logan movers on watch List.
Like most of you.....I should have read this blog...this happened to me on the 30th Jan - 2008...they have been cheating people since so many years, how come they are still in business?... my story is no different than anybody else here....one more thing that I found out is, all the workers were illigal workers....they did mention that they do not have proper paper work to work in canada. I have one of the guys name, Maljinder Singh. They told me that the dispathcher is the owner, named as RON or TAYLOR. I also wanted to ask all of you, what was the mode of payment? did you guys pay cash or card? I do have the license plate number/registration for this guy which I can share with you all.
ReplyDeleteNEVER use LOGAN MOVERS (L&G) .
ReplyDeleteWe moved with them recently in Toronto. The whole story sounds painfully similar to many of the above - a shameless never-going-to-be-kept promise of competitive hourly rate, no hidden cost, free moving supplies, excellent service, etc, etc.
And then:
- arriving an hour and a half late (despite it being their first move of the day)
- the signature to confirm starting time turns out to be signing a rip-off contract with conditions nobody in sound mind would agree
- taking more than 3 hours to load the truck with all the stuff (1bdrm) already waiting next to it, except a few heavy things
- holding all our stuff on the truck demanding us to pay a ridiculous amount of money coming from their 'estimate' - more than $500 for a half-a-block-away move after my husband and I did most of the job (except the heaviest furniture)
- a guy at the 'office' with no address swearing at us and threatening to take all our things to their storage if we don't pay within 10 min.
It actually is very well organized money squeezing that happens (as I know now thanks to the postings) every day with so many people. I just can't believe they can get away with such things here in Canada.
At least I'll let people know about the 'company'.
I have been running a moving company for close to 5 years and this is the first time I hear that registration with MTO is required. Yes, a carrier needs to register his truck to get CVOR, but there is no proper or other licensing for movers. SO when a company says they are licensed and certified that is bullsh*t. Regular business registration and you're set.
ReplyDeleteProblem is, people keep believing the low ball quotes they get. Moving is not cheap, so if you believe in some miracle mover with miracle prices, most likely you will get burned. The issue here is - no control, no licensing, anyone can be a mover - this anyone has no brand, just a cell phone. These 'movers' ruin the market price and still scam out a profit so now when we go do an estimate more and more often there is a choice: low ball the client or loose business, because the next one will do it.
I wished I had seen this site before using the bad services from Logan Movers. In short it was the worst moving experience. Late, unprofessional, overcharged and refused to unload the truck until we paid them.
ReplyDeleteI would like to thank everyone for posting their comments regarding their bad experiences with movers. We had book L&G today, and when I came home I started doing some research. I was lucky enough to see everyone's comments and save my self the unneccessary stress of using this company. I have since called them and cancelled. I will be checking with the BBB for a reputable mover. Again, thank you for keeping comsumers advised of the dangers of terrible movers. Very much appreciated. If anyone has any recommendations for a local mover in Toronto, please send it along, it would be greatly appreciated.
ReplyDeleteAgain, THANK YOU!
these people are criminals thats all i can say .
ReplyDeleteOk I didn't have this experience with Logan movers but I did have it with somebody on Craigs list listed under PROEXPRESS movers...I think it may be the same people because the experiences I've had were exactly the same as you guys did!
ReplyDelete-They came one hour late
-Put in MINIMAL effort, we were the ones who did all the main work
-we used them for an hour and a half and our new house was literally 5 minutes away from the old one
-They did not give us a copy of the contract and refused to when we asked
-When it was time to unload the guy said ok lets make the bill, it came up to five hundred and eighty dollars!!!!!
-All kinds of extra charges were included, like stairs (not mentioned on the contract)- The stairs they climbed were exactly ten steps and they went down and up them once, the rest of the time we did all of the moving the stuff upstairs-they said this didn't matter, stairs have standard rates
-They were advertised as 45 dollars per hour (long weekend special) on Craigs list for 2 guys, nowhere did it say that was 45 dollars for EACH guy
-They charged as last minute moving fees (it didn't say this anywhere on the contract or on the website)
Does anybody know what me and my roommates could do to sort this situation? We're students and we can't afford to pay these kind of prices...Can we successfully take them to court? If somebody could please advise me and my roommates what to do I would really appreciate it, my email address is maya_nadeem@hotmail.com

Wow there are a lot of people who have been ripped off by this company. 2 things I've learned from reading all the posts; 1) never leave moving to the last minute, move a week or so before you have to so that there is a buffer just in case something happens. 2) Read reviews of whatever company you are thinking of using.
ReplyDeleteOne thing everyone who has been ripped off by this company should realize is that there is strength in numbers; how about someone organize a large group of people to pay a visit to Logan movers office.
Ok smart guy. How are you supposed to move a week before you have to when you don't have a place to move until you have to move from the place you're in?
ReplyDeleteWhere do I start. On feb 8th is when they came to move me out. It started with an ad that said "no hidden fee's,no minimum hours etc" . The people show up at my apt to move me out 3 hours late. They were dressed in grungy clothes and completley unprofessional, drinking beers while they worked. The manager said i was to get 10 free boxes and they would have all the moving supplies would be with them, even cases for my clothes and dressers so nothing would get ruined. The guys tried to steal my appt's big recycling box to store my stuff in because they had NO boxes or supplies with them at all. Then they charged me for the hours they were late. They wouldnt let me come to the site where my stuff was being held. Also the ad and the business card said "free storage" and the owner yelled at me and made me pay. They had my stuff so I was afraid not to because one of the workers said the boss dumps peoples stuff in random lakes and ditches if they do not pay.
ReplyDeleteWhen they came to move me in a different appt. on may. 12th, they were again, 3 hours late. They clearly did not manage their time well. They tried to charge me outrageous amounts again, saying it took them 6 hours to get there, and after they moved all of my stuff up I saw some things were missing. My dog cage, a couple bags, and a box (that i know of). That is theft. The boss refuses to talk to me or redeem me for any of my loses. Also, my dresser which was brand new, was beat to pieces, and looked terrible. They refused to give me my belongings unless I paid them so I was forced to, but things were missing. This business is conducted in the most unprofessional way I have ever seen. They destroyed my belongings and I am missing expensive, crucial things. On top of them being a bad business and not compensating me for everything that happened, they have stolen my property when they said it would be 100% secure.
I am so upset. So upset. Stuff has been ruined, they have complete false advertising. How can we get them?
http://lgmoversscam.weebly.com/
ReplyDeleteeveryone go to this website and copy and paste your story.
We have to do something about this. I have lost probably a few hundred dollars worth of stuff, and even the workers admit their boss is an a**hole and screws ppl over. They clearly gave me fake names, No wonder they make you pay BEFORE they unload your stuff!
I am going to court against them. A lot of my stuff is missing, including boxes with expensive jewelery and clothes. I have no plates, cups, sheets, or lamps. They also smashed up my furniture. If anyone wants to fight them with me email me, we will win, how can we not, with all this evidence.

LISTEN UP EVERYONE! TODAY May 25, 2009
ReplyDeleteSome progress:

They are also known as CMS Movers, Complete Moving Services, LMS Movers, L&G, Longhaul and Logan. They are obviously scam artists. They charged me way more than the quote, showed up 2 hours late, and when I called to voice my concerns, I was told I never booked with them and the man became profane, screaming vulgar language at me and threatening me. I am going to the police.
